It's easy to know if you're happy because truly happy people do things like:
- Live with hope.
- Live positively.
- Accept themselves and others.
- Trust themselves and others.
- Forgive themselves and others.
- Follow their dreams.
- Treat themselves and others kindly.
- Behave with compassion.
- Behave courageously.
- Live genuinely.
- Make the world a better place.
- They look happy.
If you do these things regularly, you probably feel great, if not, just keep working on them until you feel more balanced and fulfilled. Always be truthful with yourself and work on improving yourself.
