Take Things One Step at a Time

Follow Your Muse

Your muse is that voice inside you that inspires you to pursue your dreams. It comes from a place deep within that represents who you really are. Being truly happy means paying attention to that voice and following it where it leads you. When you listen to it, you’ll be more likely to live a fulfilling, rewarding, meaningful life.

Let Go of What Could Have Been

If you focus all your energy on what could have been or what might have happened you’ll be spending your time worrying about things over which you have no control. The key to being happy in life is to take charge of what you think and do and take action in the present. Instead of worrying about things that aren’t reality, try using your talents and abilities to move toward your dreams now.

When you accept yourself, who you are at a deep level, you let go of all the false assumptions and expectations that can make your life less pleasant. Accepting yourself means that you take the time to discover who you really are and what you love doing as well as being willing to change the things that don’t bring you happiness.
